Joshua Roberts is a co-founder of Wellford. Prior to founding the company, he spent 11 years at Highbridge Capital Management in New York and London, focused on trading and business development for the firm’s statistical arbitrage desk.

At Wellford, Joshua oversees the Australian business, investor relations and product development and has been closely involved in the company’s international growth, strategic partnerships and expansion into regulated medical cannabis markets.

Todd Crutchlow is Head of Aqualitas, leading operations, quality systems, global supply chain, logistics, and regulatory compliance for a vertically integrated medical cannabis organization.

With 20+ years of leadership experience across regulated industries, he has managed large-scale operations spanning cultivation, manufacturing, quality, and international distribution. At Aqualitas, Todd focuses on EU-GMP and DEL readiness, supply chain optimization, and scalable global growth.
